The time has come to find out how many will be attending the JCR on 24th November, the last assembly of this year Could you please let me know whether you intend to attend. The arrangements are the usual:
The India 4 and now El Vino have been busy and we will need to be fairly precise with numbers.
The date is close enough to Christmas for El Vino to require a deposit so we need to have an accurate number of those attending that part of the evening.
The arrangements are as usual:
5:30pm: El Vino, Fleet Street for pre-prandial libations
7.00pm The India 4 (formerly Zin, formally India India)
4, 8 Crane Court (same address) for a spicy dish of Indian origin
Good wine and food, and excellent company, guaranteed

Polite reminder::
a) It is not a requirement to attend both events. It is perfectly fine if you wish to join us just for drinks at El Vino or just for the meal at The India 4
b) If you are intending to join us for drinks only, or for the meal only, or for both drinks and meal, then it would be extremely helpful if you would let me know so that everyone can be accommodated. Payment £60 in cash on the night please.
